Sinobo Group received a 2021 USGBC Leadership Award for China on June 17, 2021. USGBC Leadership Awards recognize outstanding individuals and organizations at the forefront of the green building community. Leadership Awards recipients are raising the bar when it comes to creating healthier, more sustainable and more resilient buildings and communities.
Sinobo Group uses LEED certification as part of its green building and landscape practices to improve efficiency and pre-certified the Chongli Taizicheng Resort, site of the 2022 Winter Olympics, under LEED for Cities: Planning and Design.
This award recognizes Sinobo’s commitments to achieving sustainability through LEED. Remarkable LEED Platinum certified projects such as Wanliu House and Taizicheng Resort are a true testament to its leadership.

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) announced its 2021 USGBC Leadership Award recipients around the world during its USGBC Live virtual conference on June 10, 2021. The USGBC Leadership Awards recognize the exemplary leadership of individuals and organizations contributing to the creation of sustainable, healthier, equitable and resilient buildings, cities and communities. Recipients from around the world represent latest innovations in sustainability for healthy, equitable and resilient buildings and communities.
