Sinobo Land's service model has recently been upgraded through the integration of the newly established Sinbo Property and its 'Double-housekeeper' service model.
In addition to traditional high-standard property management services, Sinobo Land has also introduced the comprehensive 'Private Housekeeper' service, which includes services such as Chinese and western food dinner party catering, custom tailoring, yoga and fitness consulting and maintenance and service of imported household equipment, all of which require high a professional capacity and technical standards. Through this, Sinobo Property has created its exclusive 'Double-housekeeper' model.
Sinobo Property utilizes eastern and western high-end property management principles to meet the requirements of clients. It provides basic conventional services (such as cleaning, security, maintenance and gardening) and also housekeeping services to create a family-like atmosphere, whilst meeting the needs of owners and tenants
