In the afternoon of 10 July, after 46 purchase bids and 327 repurchase bids during an open auction, Sinobo Land successfully purchased the Wanliu plot of land in Haidian District, Beijing.
The Wanliu plot is located in the heart of a traditional high-end community in Haidian District. It is the only residential land available for development in the neighborhood. The plot is in an easily accessible location, has a variety of facilities nearby and is situated in a beautiful environment. All these factors make Wanliu an ideal residential area. Wanliu is surrounded by prestigious schools, including Zhongguancun Third Primary School, and the High School Affiliated to Renmin University.
