Awarded by the China Association of City Planning, Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, and Architectural Society of China, Heritage Estate earned the '2009 National Comprehensive Award for Classic Architectural Planning and Design of Human Residence'. Heritage Estate is based on the tradition of the Chinese living with nature. The estate exhibits regional, historical and cultural aspects in its entire design with restrained elaborate detail. Winning the award indicates that Heritage Estate is among the top list of architectural designs in China.
