29 December, 2009 marked the date to handover the keys of all the Latitude 40° N project living quarters and offices, being 137 residential houses and 33 commercial houses. Owners were welcomed out of the cold with the words 'Latitude 40° N Welcomes You Home' and greeted by the staff with hot tea. There the guests were able to address all the steps needed to complete the handover process. Taking care of the development examination, house inspections, property rights, and other property formalities with the help of staff, were all completed in one place, a one-stop-shop so to speak. The handing over of the properties was a great success graded upon the fact that in the first day alone, 88 of the owners arrived to receive their keys, even though Heritage Estate reserved a full 3 days for the process.
