The project is located on the northeast side of the junction of Beijing’s 5th Ring Road and the Jingcheng Expressway, adjacent to the National Forest Park and surrounded by green space of around 360,000 square meters.

The project is a combination of Western-style houses and high-rise apartments with scenic views. Its architecture seeks to balance the relationship between humans and nature.
